Student withdrawal process
1. A parent or guardian must physically come to the guidance office with a photo ID to withdraw the student. The parent or guardian will then sign a withdrawal form from the guidance secretary.
2. The student must return all books to the library and check out with each of his/her teachers, and the cafeteria manager. If any textbooks or library books are owed, the student will need to return the books or pay to replace them prior to withdrawing. Student records will not be sent if debts are owed.
3. Once the student has completed the withdrawal process, the guidance secretary will give the parent or guardian a copy of the withdrawal form. The new school must request official records from Northwest, fax 931-648-0094.
